If the household genuinely needs a bathing option in this specific room rather than elsewhere in the home, the corner bath earns its footprint, if not, don't assume it's required just because the room has an awkward corner to fill.
There's a middle option worth considering too, a corner shower with a curved glass panel matched to the same corner a bath might have occupied, which claims a footprint somewhere between a full corner bath and a compact rectangular enclosure, and in a genuinely undecided small ensuite it's worth putting all three, corner bath, corner shower, and rectangular shower, on the same scratch layout before choosing.
Checking the finished layout before it leaves your desk
Once the corner bath and every other fixture are placed, walk the plan the way someone would actually move through the room, door to vanity, vanity to toilet, toilet to bath, and check that none of those paths force a squeeze past a fixture edge. This is a five minute check that's easy to skip when you're confident the numbers work, but a small ensuite has so little margin for error that it's worth doing every time rather than assuming the dimensions alone tell the whole story.
Door swing and ventilation, two constraints that compound
A small ensuite compounds the corner bath decision with two more constraints that are easy to treat separately but really aren't, door swing direction and ventilation.
